Hi, I'm Ricardo.
Welcome to my scrapbook.
Welcome to my scrapbook.
I lead design and user research teams focused on early stage product innovation. My teams bring together market research, a deep understanding of technical limitations, and lots of creative and scientific processes. Then we demo, prototype, or even launch products that change how the world thinks about technology and society.
I hold a PhD in Human Factors Psychology and studied program management, data-driven marketing, and corporate governance at universities like George Mason, Stanford, San Francisco State, and Cornell Law.
I'm currently the Director of User Experience at Google Research--this is my personal scrapbook, though.
